Refund Policy

At Hamza Foods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in preparing and delivering high-quality roasted bread toast, cookies, snacks, and sweets. However, due to the nature of our food products, we maintain the following refund and return policy to ensure fairness and hygiene for all customers.

Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is delivered and accepted. We request all customers to carefully check product details and their order before confirming the purchase.

In rare cases where you receive:

  • The wrong product,
  • A damaged or expired item, or
  • An incomplete order,

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending a clear photo of the item(s) along with your order ID to abdullamohamedsulthan@gmail.com. Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following solutions based on our review:

  • A replacement of the product at no extra charge, or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

We do not entertain refund or replacement requests for complaints made beyond 24 hours of delivery. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

We reserve the right to reject any return, refund, or replacement request that does not meet our policy conditions or appears to be fraudulent or unreasonable.
